I left university in 2011 and I started my own business as a Graphic Designer and Web Developer. I used this time to build a experience and learn more about Web development and specifically at the time Wordpress development. My clients consisted of small businesses ranging from e-commerce websites to portfolio websites for artists. During this time I became familiar with PHP, using it to adapt the websites I designed to my clients needs. I also learnt a lot of soft skills around running my own business.

I still design websites on a freelance basis when I have the time to do it.
