During my time as a Designer-Developer at Engage in Learning it was my responsibility to interpret written briefs along with raw audio assets and design interactive e-learning courses. Firstly, I would roughly sketch out my ideas and UI layout. Later, I would design the assets in Photoshop and animate them in Adobe Animate; or use HTML5, CSS3/LESS and JavaScript to animate them and rig the UI for interactivity. Additionally, I would prepare and edit the audio and video into sections to play at certain intervals alongside transcripts which were written up in XML to triggered alongside the audio and video. For version control, I used GIT and Source Tree. I learnt a great deal about coding and animation at Engage in Learning. My work was featured on their website to promote their courses.
